If you are seeking a discontinued product, please see the section regarding our policy onthe discontinued merchandise. If it is a sold out item, please be aware that we restock merchandise every two weeks.
Restocks are done on a bi-weekly basis.
All sales are final. In some cases, orders are shipped before 5-7 business days.

If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. The Crayon Case is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
